A Novella in the Highland Brides Series



This nicely written piece was un-demanding: just what is required sometimes.

Straight forward plot, and pleasant characters.

There is no doubt in my mind that I would re-visit this author. In fact, I've now downloaded The Highland Brides box set.

That's really good value for money.


Errors/Bug Bears:

Loc 585: That tower was the very same from which his first wife had flung herself from in fury - I would same that there is a superfluous 'from'.

Loc 807: Smacked Dughall right upside the head - really in an historical novel?

Reverting to type with today's selection .... good ol' Historical Romance - in this case a Novella, but it looked interesting enough.

No reviews have been done on it so far, so we are very much taking it as sight unseen.
